Responsible Procurement

Responsible procurement is a major lever for contributing to the Infotel Group’s CSR commitments.

By integrating sustainable development principles into its supplier relationships, Infotel aims to:

  • Reduce environmental and social impacts throughout the lifecycle of goods and services;
  • Promote a responsible and resilient value chain;
  • Support the transition towards a more sustainable, inclusive and ethical digital sector;
  • Reduce GHG emissions associated with procurement.

This policy is part of the Group’s ongoing commitment to:

  • The United Nations Global Compact and its 10 fundamental principles;
  • The Responsible Supplier Relations and Procurement Charter (RFAR);
  • The Diversity Charter, the Manifesto for Inclusion and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) supported by Infotel;
  • The low-carbon roadmap developed as part of ADEME’s ACT Step by Step programme, as well as the pathway submitted to the SBTi.

Supplier Charter

Infotel places particular importance on the quality and ethics of its relationships with suppliers and partners. Through its Supplier Charter, the Group promotes responsible, transparent and sustainable practices throughout the value chain.

This approach notably aims to:

  • Foster balanced and sustainable relationships with suppliers;
  • Integrate environmental, social and ethical criteria into procurement processes;
  • Encourage respect for human rights, working conditions and non-discrimination principles;
  • Promote responsible practices in digital technology and data protection;
  • Strengthen the resilience and responsibility of the entire partner ecosystem.

Anti-Corruption and Whistleblowing System

Since 1979, the Infotel Group has based its development on integrity and trust. Any form of corruption is contrary to these values and can damage the reputation of the Group and its employees.

To prevent such risks, Infotel has implemented a simple and accessible Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct, designed to inform and guide all stakeholders and enable them to report any suspicious situation.

This Code must be followed by everyone in their day-to-day activities, and Management ensures compliance, with sanctions applicable in the event of non-compliance.

Environmental Policy

Infotel has implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) based on the ISO 14001 standard. This environmental policy is part of a broader framework encompassing the Group’s CSR policy.

Aware of the environmental challenges we face, the Infotel Group strives to reduce its energy footprint and limit greenhouse gas emissions. The Group is now working to better understand the impact of its activities on the climate. Its climate-focused environmental policy addresses the challenges associated with global warming, in accordance with the ESRS E1 standard under the CSRD.

Responsible Digital Practices

Infotel has signed a commitment charter with the Responsible Digital Label covering several areas:

  • Establishing responsible governance and a responsible strategy;
  • Training and communicating on responsible digital best practices;
  • Developing cross-functional approaches;
  • Developing user-centred approaches;
  • Developing organisation-centred approaches.

Business Ethics and Conduct

Infotel’s ethical guidelines reflect the principles of integrity, transparency and responsibility that have guided the Group’s activities since its creation. They apply to all employees, managers and partners.

These principles notably cover:

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Prevention of conflicts of interest;
  • Combating all forms of corruption and fraudulent practices;
  • Confidentiality of information and data protection;
  • Respect for individuals, equal treatment and fundamental rights.

Every employee is encouraged to demonstrate exemplary conduct in their daily activities in order to preserve the trust of the Group’s clients, partners and stakeholders.

HR Policy

Anti-Harassment System – Business Ethics

Infotel firmly condemns all forms of harassment, discrimination and inappropriate behaviour. The Group is committed to providing every employee with a respectful, safe and caring working environment.

To prevent and address such situations, Infotel has implemented a confidential listening and reporting system accessible to all employees. Two dedicated representatives have been appointed to support the individuals concerned, receive reports and coordinate the necessary actions, while respecting confidentiality and the dignity of all parties involved.

The Group also carries out awareness-raising and prevention initiatives to promote respect, inclusion and positive workplace relationships.
