What kind of projects will I work on?

We mostly work with large IT departments and major corporate clients on high-level projects. These include business transformation, modernising IT systems and application delivery, as well as work in cloud, data, security and organisational strategy. 

What kind of contract can I expect?

We have several ways for you to join the team :

  • Permanent positions 
  • Student internships 
  • Apprentice roles 
  • International VIE placements 

These options apply to all our departments, including IT, digital services and our internal support teams.

Can I move between different offices or roles?

Absolutely. We encourage internal movement, whether that means moving to a new city or shifting your professional focus. We look at these opportunities alongside our current projects to help you move forward in your career.

How quickly will I hear back?

We prioritise a fast and transparent process. This means we keep the number of interviews to a minimum and get back to you with feedback as soon as possible after we meet. We also look at candidate surveys to help us keep our recruitment process friendly and efficient.

What is your policy on working remotely?

We provide a hybrid working environment tailored to the projects you are handling. The balance between home and office work is something we define together, giving you and your manager the chance to find the best arrangement for your role.
