Following an internal restructure, a major player in the automotive retail sector had to quickly rethink its IT delivery model. In this sector, many documents and frameworks change frequently. This includes procedures, contractual frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Keeping these up to date is a vital part of operations and requires a well-structured approach.

This transformation took place under tight constraints. It was necessary to maintain service continuity while meeting strict regulatory standards. The client called on our teams to design and implement a solution tailored to these specific needs.

There is also a strong focus on knowledge sharing between teams to provide long-term stability and autonomy.

One year after its launch, the competence centre has fully demonstrated its value. The results include:
