GLPI: Our long-term partnership with Teclib

We’re proud to be a strategic partner of GLPI (Gestion Libre de Parc Informatique). This is a powerful open-source solution for IT asset management and helpdesk ticketing.
For nearly 20 years, we have actively contributed to its development and continuous improvement. In 2024, after progressing from Silver to Gold status, we reached the highest level of partnership: Platinum partner of Teclib, the official publisher of GLPI. This recognition reflects both our commitment and our deep expertise in the tool.
A collaboration since 2006
Historically, all GLPI stakeholders were contributors. As the project evolved, Teclib became the main publisher while other organisations, including Infotel, transitioned into partners and contributors.
As a partner, we enable our clients to subscribe to GLPI services. These subscriptions are available at different levels and provide access to advanced plugins along with additional services. These include:
- Dedicated support, training, and custom development days.
- Technical assistance and expert consulting services.
Full lifecycle expertise for every project
We offer expert support at every stage of a GLPI project. Our work covers everything from system audits and strategic consulting to configuration and integration. We also provide custom plugin development, training, and technical support. This comprehensive approach allows us to meet the diverse needs of our clients across both the public and private sectors. We work with local authorities, hospitals, schools, and companies of all sizes.
Internally, we use GLPI to manage our own processes. This strengthens our understanding of the tool and helps us advise clients more effectively. In 2024, our dedicated GLPI team grew from three to seven members. The team includes a project manager and expert developers involved in technical delivery, training, and support.
Versatile solutions
Although primarily designed for IT asset management, GLPI can be adapted to other use cases. These include school supply management, municipal administration, or emergency service intervention tracking. This flexibility enables our teams to deliver tailored solutions across multiple industries.
Tailored services for our clients
For new clients, we offer personalised meetings to discover GLPI and explore available plugins. These sessions help us define specific needs together. They’re led by Xavier, Project Manager, and Isabelle, Agency Director in Rennes, with a strong focus on listening and consulting.
A commitment to open source
We remain active contributors to the GLPI open-source project. For years, we have participated in the development and improvement of key plugins for leave management, dashboards, and authentication. This ongoing contribution strengthens the professional version of GLPI by adding new features and improving the user experience.
A growing project
With rapidly increasing demand, we plan to continue expanding our service offering to meet client expectations. This growth is supported by technologies such as PHP, Symfony, SQL, and VueJS. These tools help create stable and scalable solutions.
Our goal for the years ahead is clear. We’ll continue to find new ways to support our clients in optimising their systems while strengthening our position within the GLPI ecosystem.
