A new initiative for better work-life balance at Infotel Conseil

More free time or a higher salary? At Infotel, you can have both. We’ve introduced a new framework that gives our people the freedom to decide how they are rewarded for their hard work.
After working closely with our employee representatives over the last few months, we are pleased to announce a new agreement on overtime. This change is all about giving our people more choice and flexibility in managing their time.
Choose the way you work
Each year, our team members have the power to decide how they want to handle their overtime. You can choose the option that best fits your current needs:
- Boost your take-home pay: Receive a direct payment for any overtime hours worked.
- Bank your time: Opt for “Time Off In Lieu” (TOIL) instead.
If you choose to bank your hours, you’ll see a dedicated balance build up each month, giving you the potential to gain up to 10.5 extra days of leave per year. These can be taken as full or half-days whenever you need a break.
If you have any time left over at the end of the year, the choice remains yours. You can either have the remaining days paid out as a lump sum or move them into a long-term Time Savings Account.
Putting our people first
This agreement is a first for our industry and has been built around the reality of modern life. We know that everyone has different rhythms and commitments outside of work. By offering this level of choice, we are giving our people the freedom to prioritize what matters most to them.
